Job description

The One Group Agency is a full-suite marketing agency specializing in the strategic development and execution of engaging digital ads. We specialize in driving exceptional results for direct-to-consumer brands through performance marketing. We harness the power of search or social advertising to elevate our clients’ online presence, maximize their ROI, and foster meaningful connections with their target audience.

What You’ll Do :

  • Input creative ideas and project manage ad creation.
  • Effectively manage budget allocation to maximize the profitability (ROAS) of all launched campaigns.
  • Continuously use A / B testing of ad creatives, copy, etc., to improve key performance metrics of ad campaigns.
  • Complete daily analysis of campaign data and submit weekly reporting on recommendations and strategy.
  • Perform digital advertising audits, keyword searches, and overall niche and industry-specific research to learn best practices and leverage them to our client’s benefit.
  • Actively collaborate with other roles to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.

Results :

  • Consistently meet or exceed marketing KPIs including but not limited to :
  • CPC – Cost Per Click
  • CPA – Cost Per Acquisition
  • ROAS – Return on Ad Spend
  • Maintain or increase the efficiency of internal and external processes over time.

What You Have :

  • Experience successfully managing Facebook and Google spends more than $10k – $50k+ per month.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in media buying.
  • Previously worked in an agency.
  • Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • An excellent understanding of social media KPIs is required.
  • Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work comfortably independently whilst having great collaboration skills.
