Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Level 3 Business System Analyst to support the DGHCMM-M modernization initiative for Military Personnel Management System capabilities. You will map end-to-end workflows, document As-Is processes, and define data and integration dependencies across manual, legacy, and future systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to produce artifacts such as data dictionaries, conceptual data models, interface overviews, and governance-aligned deliverables, ensuring traceability

Qualifications

Demonstrated Level 3 BSA experience per TBIPS Stream 4: B.6 standards.
Proficient in modelling business processes and data.
Experience with data analytics tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

Map MPMS business capability including end-to-end workflows and dependencies.
Document As-Is processes and evaluate legacy systems and subsystems.
Define MPMS data entities, structures, interfaces, and integration dependencies.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and conceptual data models.
Support requirements elicitation and ensure traceability to mapped capabilities.
Assess solution options, trade-offs, and necessary modifications.
Support governance and methodology alignment for auditable deliverables.
