Job summary

TD is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (L09) to join the Enterprise Marketing Technology team in Toronto. You will lead requirements, analyze stakeholder needs, and guide solution delivery for Marketing Enablement initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring traceability through design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Experience with Marketing applications in financial services is an asset.
• Knowledge of data flows, integrations, and ETLs is an asset.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Understand business, product, and vision; provide business-technology interaction SME.
• Document current state technology capabilities and design the desired future state; provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions and manage integration.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional requirements.
• Own traceability of system requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support testing by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results.
• Provide oversight and guidance to ensure quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.
• Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide operational/process-related analysis and support as needed.
