Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - L09 in Toronto, ON. You will lead delivery of system requirements, partner with stakeholders, and shape the future state of enterprise marketing technology across marketing solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring traceability, quality, and alignment with TD standards. Knowledge of data flows, ETLs, Jira/Confluence, and agile practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience working in Agile.
• Salesforce experience an asset.
• Experience in Marketing applications in the financial services industry as an asset.
• Knowledge / experience with Data Flows, Integrations and ETLs an asset.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) an asset.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to develop, enhance, and support highly customized applications.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and work with partners to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify, document, and validate current state technology capabilities and support stakeholders to design the future state.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions and assess impact to processes and systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications including non-functional requirements.
• Own traceability of system requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment.
