This is a Full-time, permanent role reporting directly to the Manager, Core Banking Delivery. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily from the Vancity head office and your Lower Mainland home office, with periodic in-person events.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Business Analysis & Development: Finalize requirements, review backlog, identify risks or gaps.
2. Solution Design: Lead technical solution implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with teams to ensure alignment and support member well-being.
4. Integration & Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
5. Data Analysis & Strategy: Interpret data to support decisions and improve efficiency.
6. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain process documentation and ensure regulatory adherence.
7. Technical Coaching: Guide stakeholders and project teams.

You are:

• Customer-centric, results-oriented, and technology-savvy.
• Analytical and a problem solver, with curiosity and innovation.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business/system analysis, preferably in Canadian banking or credit unions.
• Robust knowledge of Temenos products (T24/Transact R13 or higher) and related modules.
• Experience in Temenos L3 coding and API development.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new skills and priorities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Certifications like CBAP, AAC, TOGAF, ITIL.
• Experience in T24 Core Banking Implementation.
• Financial industry experience.
