Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation for Agile teams.
• Perform impact analysis, dependency assessment, and requirements traceability.
• Map business data elements to backend systems and support data validation activities.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, architecture, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, UAT, release readiness, and post‑release validation.
• Develop and maintain business and system documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
