Job Description:

Provide specialized guidance in business process and procedure management for a functional or business area, including implementing processes and initiatives to meet standards and guidelines. May involve complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at functional or enterprise levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Act as a consultant, providing advice and recommendations on operational processes.
  • Build effective relationships with key business partners.
  • Analyze feasibility and impact of new initiatives, solutions, and products.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions.
  • Develop internal standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate project status reports, communication, and deliverables.
  • Ensure communication and training plans are in place for projects and initiatives.
  • May lead or manage project teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage workload to meet service levels.
  • Exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ensure programs and policies meet business needs and compliance.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve escalated issues.
  • Conduct research, develop presentations, and perform analysis.
  • Monitor service and productivity, implement improvements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance.
  • Manage relationships across business lines and ensure regulatory alignment.

  • Expert in business process management methodologies.
  • Understand organizational context and industry factors.

Experience & Education:

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant certifications.
  • 5+ years in business process analysis or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, MS Office, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence.

Preferred:

  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Domain knowledge in finance or banking sector.
