Job Description
Provide technical support across data management functions to support data and analytics. Manage activities related to analysis, design, and support of data management solutions, initially focusing on the EDMO Tier 1 outputs project for Risk Management metadata.
Must Have
- Attention to detail in complex analyses
- Experience analyzing data, gathering metadata, or data design
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of data management and interest in Risk Management data, systems, and processes
Nice to Have
- Data tracing experience
- Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence
- Risk Management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and data requirements to develop solutions including data models, business rules, governance, and reporting elements
- Apply automation and innovation on data platforms
- Design and implement data management frameworks
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to resolve issues and meet SLAs
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance with standards
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in project success with stakeholders
- Develop and document business data requirements
- Support data impact assessments and risk mitigation
- Maintain knowledge of data sources and platforms
- Identify critical data elements for governance
- Perform data profiling and support data lifecycle management
- Lead root cause analysis for data issues
- Support knowledge transfer and data expertise activities
- Ensure compliance with internal and external data standards

Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or technical certification
- 3+ years relevant experience in data, analytics, or related fields
- Proficiency with analytical tools and reporting techniques
- Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
