Job Description: RecoDemand is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our advertising organization by building relationships with real estate agents and mortgage brokers across North America. The BDR is a key player in our strategic growth plans. Through top-of-funnel activities, including inbound lead response and outbound prospecting, the BDR will generate and qualify sales opportunities for our Account Executives. This role offers significant growth potential. Successful BDRs at RecoDemand will learn the fundamentals of Sales and Marketing, providing a foundation for careers in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales appointments on Zoom with real estate agents and mortgage brokers
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strategize opportunities from leads
  • Leverage prospecting strategies, including phone, email, and social networking, to connect with prospects, identify needs, and qualify interest
  • Manage contacts via our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to ensure accuracy for pipeline development
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships
Must Haves
  • 4+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, real estate, or mortgage industries
  • 4+ years with CRM tools (e.g., Highlevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital advertising strategies
  • Ability to qualify prospects and manage pipelines using Excel
  • Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Plusses
  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
  • Real estate and mortgage experience
