Qualifications

• University degree with four years of directly related experience, or diploma with six to eight years of directly related experience, or certificate with nine years of directly related experience.
• Senior-level experience in business analysis and project coordination, process design, business case development, project planning, stakeholder engagement, solution assessment, testing, and implementation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence without direct authority, consult with stakeholders and support agreement on actions.
• Experience supporting corporate or technology initiatives from initiation through implementation, including testing, change management and post-implementation review.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, statistical and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions and discussions to clarify needs and document requirements.
• Lead or support planning, scheduling, risk management, testing, and implementation activities.
• Develop project plans, statements of work, estimates, reporting materials and governance artifacts.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and facilitate decisions with stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case analysis, impact assessments and risk analysis.
• Identify operational impacts from new tools or processes and develop change management approaches.
• Build strong relationships as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into design specifications, process models, use cases, reports and test plans.
• Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues and project teams.
