Job summary

Allshores is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors in a complex multi-product insurance environment. You will translate needs into innovative solutions, drive enterprise transformation, and lead cross-functional requirements discovery from concept to implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in business analysis, strong stakeholder management, and experience with regulatory considerations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a business/IT-related discipline; equivalent combos considered.
• Minimum 8+ years in progressive business analysis roles, with complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage requirements across the lifecycle, from elicitation to validation and testing.
• Lead elicitation via workshops, interviews, and observation across jurisdictions.
• Develop documentation: BRD, FSS, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform current/future state analyses, gap analyses, and business case development.
