BRP is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with solution delivery in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will gather and validate requirements, craft clear specifications, and drive discussions with diverse stakeholders to inform decisions.

The role requires a strong background in business analysis, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in evolving settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project delivery, or related discipline.
• Proven experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating work sessions, gathering requirements, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, functions and seniority.
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains, processes, and subject matter.
• Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in analysis and documentation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and support prioritization.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate discussions to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and business rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution options addressing business needs.
• Drive collaboration across teams and departments.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and recommendations.
• Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
• Document the UAT strategy and support UAT execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align diverse interests.
