Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a business analyst in an agile environment.
• Post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science.
• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or in progress.
• Business Analyst certification.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, processes, issues and risks.
• Investigate and recommend solutions using sound business judgment across affected areas.
• Develop test strategies, planning and estimates while following standards and tools.
• Support design, development and testing with SME input and context on business needs.
• Coach, train and develop team members to achieve department objectives.
