Job summary

CGL, a leading Canadian financial services co‑operative, is seeking a Senior Agile Team Lead to support multiple business units and advance agile maturity. You will guide teams, promote agile values, and collaborate across roles to ensure commitments are fulfilled in a hybrid environment.

You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and work with leadership to reduce process inefficiencies. Requirements include 3+ years of agile experience, a degree in Business or CS, a ScrumMaster

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing agile support to functional teams.
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or related agile accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies and techniques.
• Working knowledge of operational and governance principles.
• Proficiency in English for servicing and reporting to anglophone leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop team members in Agile best practices and provide timely feedback.
• Foster collaboration and transparency with business units and leadership to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Act as a thought leader to evolve Agile practices and knowledge of products, services and processes.
• Participate in end-to-end program planning, coordinate releases and communicate dependencies.
• Facilitate team planning, maintain a prioritized backlog and track key metrics to meet release schedules.
