SE Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Risk Management Central (RMC) project, expanding RL6 from incident management to enterprise risk management. You will work with stakeholders and vendor partners to elicit and document requirements, analyze processes, and support testing and go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business, operations, and IT, with a strong emphasis on requirements management, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Information Systems / Health Sciences or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, risk management or incident management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate business requirements across stakeholder groups.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Support testing activities including UAT and issue resolution prior to go-live.
• Prepare reporting, dashboards and analytics requirements; document limitations and impacts.
