Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Business Analysis Practice Advisor to define and maintain enterprise BA standards, templates, and tools within the PM/BA Centre of Excellence. You will lead the BA Community of Practice and coach Business Analysts and delivery teams across the organization.

Reporting to the CoE Lead, you will balance enterprise consistency with practical flexibility, shape the BA capability roadmap, and drive continuous improvement through maturity assessments and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Health Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive business analysis experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience establishing or transforming a PMO, Centre of Excellence, or enterprise practice function with governance structures and learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise BA standards, templates, and tools aligned to SE Health delivery ways of working.
• Create and refine practical playbooks and resources covering requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and solution assessment.
• Establish quality standards and evaluation criteria for BA work products to ensure analysis artifacts support delivery outcomes and decision-making.
• Partner with other Practice Leads to ensure BA standards integrate with project management and change management practices.
• Develop and maintain the BA practice roadmap in alignment with the PM/BA CoE strategy and priorities.
• Establish fit-for-purpose guidance for applying BA practices based on initiative complexity and risk.
• Define quality expectations and practical guidance for when and how BA methods should be applied.
• Design, launch and lead the BA Community of Practice (CoP).
• Provide coaching and advisory support to Business Analysts and delivery teams on requirements and BA practices.
• Support integrated BA practices within enterprise delivery framework across federated teams.
