Job summary

Rose International in Canada seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive a large-scale modernization and data-m migration effort. You will lead requirements gathering, map business processes, perform gap analyses, and manage stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with a modernized architecture.

You will also oversee data cleansing/mapping, test planning and execution, UAT support, and documentation. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience soliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience supporting data migration activities including data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness.

• Experience monitoring and controlling test plan execution.
• Recent experience as a Senior Business Analyst on successful projects within the last two years.

Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will support a complex, large-scale application modernization and business transformation initiative involving legacy and modern systems, significant data migration, business process transformation, testing, and organizational readiness activities.

The role will lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and validation of business processes and requirements while supporting alignment between existing business functions and a modernized solution. The Senior Business Analyst will also support data migration activities including cleansing, conversion, mapping, reconciliation, and validation, as well as test planning, test case development, execution, User Acceptance Testing, and defect validation. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, and documentation skills, along with the ability to produce standard project artifacts and support implementation readiness across a complex modernization program

Job Responsibilities
