Job summary

Broadridge seeks a Senior Business Analyst to work with clients to gather and document business and functional requirements. You will lead the implementation of Broadridge products and provide functional leadership in software design and development.

You will collaborate with product, development, QA, and partners to ensure requirements are well-documented and aligned with client needs, leveraging Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• CBAP certification is an asset.
• 5–7 years of business analysis experience in a technical environment.
• Experience with tax reporting or tax-related service solutions.
• Experience leading client onboarding or implementations.
• Experience with SQL queries against relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements with clients.
• Lead the implementation of Broadridge products/services across projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA and partners to document requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between requirements and product capabilities.
• Review test plans and support QA to verify outcomes.
• Coach junior Business Analysts and promote continuous improvement.
