Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Adobe Experience Manager expertise to bridge business, product, design and technology teams. You will translate complex needs into scalable AEM solutions and support publishing across enterprise web and mobile channels.

You will lead requirements analysis, document functional and non-functional specs, write user stories, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering, QA and Analytics to ensure accessible, brand‑compliant experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar in digital product/design system teams.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager including workflows and content management practices.
Experience with design systems (enterprise/global).
Strong UX/UI understanding and frontend practices (Figma, Storybook, component-driven development).
Proven ability to write clear technical and non-technical docs.
Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and refinement in Jira/Confluence.
Excellent facilitation and communication bridging business and tech.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder alignment for AEM projects.
Translate business needs into AEM components, templates and tokens; document dependencies and edge cases.
Provide AEM publishing support for high-priority requests and urgent fixes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Accessibility, QA and Product Managers to align objectives.
Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures.
Review designs, authoring workflows, and implementation plans; identify gaps early.
