Job summary

Accenture Canada is seeking a senior CMS specialist to lead full lifecycle implementations of Adobe AEM and related CMS platforms for large-scale digital experiences. You will bridge business needs with technical teams across Canada and the US.

You’ll guide design, governance, and content workflows, mentor teammates, and help shape multi-channel content strategies while applying Agile practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables for Accenture Song initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of full lifecycle CMS implementation across multiple SDLC methodologies.
5+ years leading deployment or relaunch of WCM applications (CMS).
Experience guiding functional discussions for CMS and AEM features.
English required for collaboration across Canada, US, and Global teams; French preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans and performs analysis of content management activities and guides CMS design and implementation.
Bridge between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood.
Provide insights on CMS best practices and drive client decision-making.
Oversee integration points and workflows for content authoring and publishing.
Lead Agile development and manage user stories/backlog.
Organize Adobe Cloud Marketing tools integration and governance.
