Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks a Senior Business Analyst with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to partner with business, product, design and technology teams. You will translate complex business needs into scalable AEM solutions supporting publishing across enterprise web and mobile channels.

You will lead requirements analysis, design, stakeholder alignment, and initial troubleshooting, collaborating with Marketing, Digital Experience, Engineering, Accessibility and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including components, templates, workflows, and content management.
• Direct experience with design systems (enterprise/global-scale preferred).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design and front-end development practices (Figma, Storybook).
• Proven ability to write clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog management and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner between business, product, design, and technology teams translating business needs into AEM solutions.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and initial troubleshooting of web and publishing issues.
• Define requirements and validation criteria for AEM components, templates, tokens and publishing workflows.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for components, patterns, templates, and tokens.
• Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures aligned with Agile practices.
• Support publishing requests by clarifying requirements and coordinating next steps.
