Altis Technology is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst for a contract position to support our client on an 11 month contract. This role demands proven business analysis experience, particularly in M365 and cybersecurity implementations. Responsibilities :

• Facilitate discussions with subject matter experts to create detailed current and future state process documentation.
• Translate business requirements into solution requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders to assess and improve current solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and identify opportunities for process unification and improvement.
• Prepare recommendations and validate analysis deliverables with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings.
• Prepare status updates and presentation materials.
• Contribute to project plans and other project work as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience with COTS implementations.
• Experience with cybersecurity and / or M365 implementations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree and formal training in business analysis or process improvement techniques.
• 5+ years of business analysis and process improvement experience.
• Certification (CBAP or CCBA) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of project management processes and governance controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to gather and consolidate information from various sources.
• Proven experience in working with stakeholders to identify, assess, document, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
• Extensive experience with technology project implementations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.
