The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that power our Consumer Health products. This position requires expertise in data pipeline development, analytics platform management (GCP), and business intelligence tools (Tableau) to deliver actionable insights across our portfolio of virtual care, remote monitoring, pet health, and medical alert solutions. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end analytics process - from data infrastructure to strategic reporting - while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions that improve healthcare accessibility and customer experience. This role combines technical proficiency with a passion for social impact, transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that enhance our consumer health offerings and support our mission of making healthcare more accessible and effective for all Canadians.

Salary Range: $72,000-$108,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
