Senior Business Analyst

Location: Vancouver, BC (In office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing business operations, enhancing decision-making, and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in business analysis methodologies, and excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Key competencies include stakeholder management, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop models and dashboards to measure performance, optimize growth, and track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to monitor KPIs, define success metrics, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Perform gap analysis to compare current state with desired future state and recommend solutions.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
• Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to align business operations with strategic goals.
• Present complex findings clearly and concisely to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics tools such as Power BI (required) and Python (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Additional Details:

• Location: Vancouver, BC (In Office 4 days/week)
• Travel: 25%
