Job summary

iA Financial Group in Vancouver is seeking an Administration Analyst, Special Markets, to coordinate applications and requests while supporting operational activities and delivering service excellence.

You will administer applications, analyze requirements with the team, and manage communications with applicants and administrators. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and multi‑priority management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Process and administer applications per established guidelines and SLAs.
  • Analyze submitted applications and coordinate with team members regarding requirements and follow-up activities.
  • Manage correspondence with applicants, plan administrators, plan members and third-party administrators as required.
  • Support customer service team members with administrative processes and requests.
  • Execute and distribute individual and divisional bill runs while reviewing accuracy and applying analytical thinking to operational processes and changes.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 159$ and 65 833$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
