Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Manager, Production, Integrity and Business Intelligence to oversee the production, integrity and business intelligence of financial systems. You will lead a team of 10–15 professionals, drive performance, and ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant services across financial modules.

You will promote continuous improvement, support new module implementations, and monitor KPIs while fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment in a hybrid setting in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in a role related to financial systems, including at least 3 years in management.
  • Authentic, people-centered leadership style and strong ownership.
  • Curious, quick learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in insurance/financial products is an asset.
  • Intermediate bilingual French/English required for daily interactions across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10 to 15 professionals providing operational support for financial systems.
  • Ensure team performance, engagement, talent development, and well-being.
  • Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide high-quality Level 2 support to internal partners and meet expectations.
  • Handle critical incidents by assessing severity and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Lead, maintain, and optimize financial processes and systems for reliability and compliance.
  • Support new financial modules, systems, and processes implementations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure service effectiveness and system health.
  • Contribute to governance of financial systems and participate in relevant committees.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As Manager, Production, Integrity and Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 10 to 15 professionals dedicated to the operational support of financial systems.
  • Ensuring team performance, engagement, talent development, and overall well-being.
  • Managing all people-related activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Providing high-quality Level 2 support to internal partners and meeting their expectations.
  • Managing critical incidents by assessing severity, prioritizing actions, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Leading, maintaining, and optimizing financial processes and systems to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant services and tools.
  • Supporting the implementation of new financial modules, systems, and processes.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and system health.
  • Contributing to and evolving the governance of financial systems.
  • Actively participating in committees and meetings related to the mandates under your responsibility.
  • Promoting the identification of inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement of work methods.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a role related to financial systems, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Is recognized for their authentic, people-centered, and engaging leadership style.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and takes full accountability for team and business outcomes.
  • Is curious, learns quickly, and adapts easily in a complex and constantly changing environment.
  • Can engage and mobilize teams through transformation while maintaining a healthy, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
  • Builds trust quickly and establishes strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Places great importance on people development, active listening, and supporting team members in their growth.
  • Has relevant experience in the insurance and financial products industry (an asset).
  • Has an intermediate level of proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, due to daily interactions with English- and French-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada and the United States.
