We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Data Warehouse Analysis & Design team. This role bridges Finance, Business, and Technology teams to support enterprise data initiatives, data architecture, and financial reporting solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep accounting and banking domain expertise with strong data analysis and technical skills.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between Finance, Banking Operations, and Enterprise Data Architecture to drive strategic data modernization initiatives. The challenge is to accurately trace and reconcile complex financial transactions across source systems, subledgers, and General Ledger platforms while ensuring data integrity, lineage, and reporting accuracy. This role requires deep banking and accounting expertise to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions that support regulatory, financial, and management reporting needs. Success will depend on the ability to partner across diverse stakeholders and transform complex financial data ecosystems into trusted, enterprise-ready assets.
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is $125k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).
A business analyst who can comfortably discuss accounting events with Finance teams, trace transactions through subledgers and the General Ledger, analyze complex banking data flows, and collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable enterprise data solutions. Strong banking domain knowledge is more important than any specific technology platform.
