We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analyst for our Network department. In this pivotal role, you will provide in-depth analysis, forecasting, and reporting on key financial and operational metrics, directly contributing to our organizational growth and strategic objectives. We are looking for a seasoned professional passionate about leveraging data to innovate, optimize costs, and directly influence strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze CAPEX/OPEX, track KPIs, and deliver monthly performance insights.
• Forecasting & Planning: Build forecasts, align with operations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Data & Visualization: Maintain financial data and create dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Process Improvement: Streamline reporting, enhance compliance, and improve planning tools.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and support business operations.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business or financial analytics, with a preference for experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to derive data-driven insights from complex financial information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and various data analytics techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
