Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science/ Engineering and P.Eng. designation with EGBC
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience in building science and building envelope consulting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building science projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and exceeding client expectations
• Review design documents, shop drawings, and submittals; perform field reviews and site testing
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure repeat business and growth
