Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse complex risks and translate technical information into practical recommendations.

What the day will look like

As a Senior Broker within Aon’s Construction & Infrastructure team, you will support clients with complex construction-related insurance needs across both project and ongoing practice policies. You will collaborate with clients, colleagues and insurance markets to develop effective risk-transfer strategies, negotiate coverage and deliver responsive, high-quality service.

The successful candidate may bring broad construction insurance experience or deeper expertise in a particular area, such as Builder’s Risk or Wrap-Up Casualty. • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate market submissions, reports, coverage analyses and client presentations.
