Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a talented Senior Bridge Engineer to join the Bridge and Civil Structures team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, assess, and maintain bridges and heavy civil structures across Canada and beyond.

The right candidate has 10–15 years in structural engineering and project management, a Civil Engineering degree, and PEng in BC/AB/ON or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of structural engineering and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• Professional Engineer in BC, AB or ON, or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of a wide range of structures from planning through implementation.
• Lead assessment, rehabilitation and seismic upgrade design of existing structures.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other structural engineers and review technical reports and drawings.
• Provide project management and technical oversight, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality.
