Job summary

APPLY is seeking a UI Designer with a strong graphic design foundation and fluency in AI-powered creative tools. This craft-first role blends brand exploration with interface work, shaping identities from stylescapes to live workshops.

You'll work in Figma and with agentic tools like Claude Design and Claude Code, delivering brand books, visual systems, and UI concepts across multiple engagements for international brands. Collaboration and client-ready delivery are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of design experience in agency/consulting environments.
Strong graphic design foundation: typography, layout, branding systems.
Hands-on with generative image and video tools: Midjourney, Figma Make/Weave, Veo 3.
Experience creating stylescapes and brand books; lead/participate in brand workshops.
Proficient in Figma; able to flex into UI/product design tasks when needed.
Exposure to agentic AI design workflows (Claude Code/Claude Design).
Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations for client work.
Build brand books and visual identity systems.
Lead or participate in brand workshops with clients.
Create visuals using generative tools for concepts and campaigns.
Flex into UI and product design when engagements require.
Collaborate with product designers and developers for consistency across UI deliverables.
Keep up-to-date with AI design tools and craft fundamentals.
