Job summary

APPLY, the ACx partner for global brands, seeks a senior UI Designer with a strong graphic design foundation to lead brand exploration and interface work. You’ll move between stylescapes, brand books, live workshops, and UI tasks using Figma and agentic tools.

You’ll collaborate with product and development teams, present concepts to clients, and shape visual identity systems. Must have 8+ years in design, agency experience, mastery of generative AI tools, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

8+ years of design experience, with significant agency/consulting work.
Strong graphic design foundation: typography, layout, brand systems, visual composition.
Hands-on with generative image/video tools (Midjourney, Figma Make/Weave, Veo 3).
Proven experience creating stylescapes and brand books, leading brand workshops.
Proficiency in Figma; capable of UI/product tasks when needed.
Exposure to agentic AI design workflows (Claude Code, Claude Design).
Excellent client-facing presentation/communication; legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Design: design stylescapes, moodboards, visual explorations; build brand books; run brand workshops; produce visuals with AI tools.
Product & UI Flex: contribute to UI/product design with Figma and agentic tools; maintain visual consistency across UI deliverables.
Tool Fluency & Craft: stay current with AI design tools; apply typography, color, layout to all work.
Client & Consulting: present concepts to clients; work across multiple engagements; promote AI tools as creative partners.
