Job summary

Firmecreative is seeking a UX/UI Designer to analyze user behaviors and craft intuitive journeys aligned with client objectives. You will quickly switch to creating modern, accessible interfaces in Figma, enriching design systems and exploring no-code concepts via Webflow or Framer. You may mentor other designers to elevate the team’s output.

You will contribute to projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring WCAG accessibility and a strong focus on business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience.

Reporting to the Creative Director, your typical day will often begin with analyzing user behaviors and designing intuitive journeys to directly meet our clients' business objectives. You will quickly switch into creation mode in Figma to design modern, accessible (WCAG), and impactful wireframes and interfaces, all while enriching our design systems. Your innovative spirit will be constantly stimulated, whether by occasionally integrating your own concepts via no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer, exploring the potential of artificial intelligence in your workflows, or acting as a mentor to inspire and develop other designers on the team.
