Job summary

APPLY is a hybrid/remote-friendly UI design studio delivering brand and product visuals for global brands. The role blends graphic design craft with UI exploration, using Figma and AI tools like Midjourney, Figma Make, and Claude Design.

You will shape brand identities, lead workshops, and produce production-ready visuals across client engagements. 8+ years in agency/consulting is preferred, with strong presentation and client-facing skills; based in Canada, ET-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience, with significant agency/consulting background.
• Strong graphic design foundation: typography, layout, color and brand systems.
• Hands-on experience with generative image/video tools: Midjourney, Runway, etc.
• Portfolio demonstrating stylescapes and brand books; ability to lead brand workshops.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to flex into UI/product tasks.
• Exposure to agentic AI design workflows (e.g., Claude Design).
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication; eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Design: create stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations; contribute to brand books and visual identity systems.
• Brand workshops: plan and participate; translate discussions into visuals in real time.
• Tool fluency: rapidly produce concept visuals using AI design tools.
• UI Flex: assist UI/product design tasks; partner with designers and developers for consistency.
• Client & Consulting: present concepts and rationale; support multiple engagements; treat AI tools as collaborators.
