Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle bookkeeping services for client accounts (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Assist in preparing government remittances (GST, PST, PD7A, WCB).
• Train or assist clients with accounting software and processes.
• Prepare clients' payroll.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records; support office administration and tax services under supervision.

Who You Are:

General Description:

The employee is responsible to assist with general bookkeeping and financial reporting.As well, this position will assist with office administration, personal and corporate tax services.This will be done under the supervision of a Manager and/or Partner.

What You Will Do:

• Working with bookkeeping software to provide full-cycle bookkeeping services to client (monthly, quarterly or annually)
• Assist in preparation of government remittances – including GST, PST, PD7A, WCB
• Train/assist clients with accounting software and the accounting process
• Prepare client’s payroll
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording/maintaining accurate and complete financial records
