Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience performing full cycle bookkeeping.
• Proficient with Sage, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online.
• Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of tax software is an asset.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle bookkeeping services for client accounts (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Assist in preparing government remittances (GST, PST, PD7A, WCB).
• Train or assist clients with accounting software and processes.
• Prepare clients' payroll.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records; support office administration and tax services under supervision.
