GSA Financial Consulting Ltd. is a fast-growing, full-service accounting firm located in Brampton. We specialize in bookkeeping, tax planning, corporate and personal tax filing, and financial consulting for professionals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper who is an expert in Xero and QuickBooks to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple small business clients across different industries
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, A / R, A / P, and bank reconciliations
• Process payroll and HST / GST filings
• Prepare financial statements and customized management reports
• Handle bookkeeping catch-up and cleanup work
• Work closely with accountants and tax planners to support financial planning and year-end filings
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues, collect documentation, and offer ongoing support
• Ensure all work is compliant with CRA guidelines and accounting best practices

Requirements :

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or multi-client environment
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online / Desktop
• Solid understanding of Canadian accounting standards and CRA compliance
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
• Experience with payroll processing and HST / GST filings is required
