Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Nelson Retail Salon in Chahko Mika Mall. You will lead personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and share expertise with the team to boost customer satisfaction and sales.

A strong focus on service and style will help guests feel welcome and confident. Role involves educating clients about hair care trends, supporting store goals, and refining merchandising while ensuring smooth daily salon operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering great customer experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customer and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
