The role requires a strong background in electrical or chemical engineering, expertise in batteries, power electronics, EMS, and SCADA, plus experience with grid interconnection and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in design, engineering, or integration of battery energy storage systems.
• Strong knowledge of battery chemistries, power electronics, EMS, and SCADA.
• Experience with grid interconnection requirements and regulatory frameworks for energy storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and engineering of utility-scale and behind-the-meter battery energy storage systems (BESS).
