Job summary

Scotiabank in Ottawa, ON seeks a Senior Customer Experience Associate for 26.25 hours/week in the Vankleek Hill area. You will be the face of our branches, delivering exceptional service and guiding customers through their banking needs.

Expect to identify simple sales opportunities, open day-to-day accounts, and promote GICs while helping clients use mobile banking and digital tools. You will build relationships, solve customer needs, and explain concepts clearly as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience with conducting simple sales and proactive marketing calls.
• Experience providing financial advice.
• Strong technical skills to promote and demonstrate digital/self-service banking options.
