Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development in Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with MongoDB and Parquet data formats.
• Experience with Astro / Apache Airflow, Langchain.
• Familiar with distributed systems, microservices, and message queues.
• Cloud deployment and monitoring, especially Azure.
• Frontend familiarity with React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and workflows.
• Collaborate on product experiences using modern web technologies.
• Work with LLM pipelines, agent orchestration, and data processing.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to define requirements and trade-offs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and code quality.
