PolicyMe, Canada’s leading digital insurance solution, is hiring an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer. You will work across backend and frontend with Python, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS to deliver AI-powered features.

You’ll design scalable cloud architectures, integrate AI models, and contribute to architecture planning, code reviews, and release planning in a remote-first Toronto-based team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and frontend tech (React/Redux).
• Experience deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Ability to design scalable backend architectures.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring in cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack features for an AI-powered web app using Python, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing and data extraction.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy models to production.
• Research and prototype new AI applications to enhance product capabilities.
• Build scalable, secure, observable cloud architectures for AI services.
• Develop robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and release planning.
