Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a senior Business Analyst / QA Lead to drive requirements analysis, system integrations, interoperability, and API testing across applications and data exchange platforms in a remote Canada role.

In this role, you will lead workshops, define mappings, develop test strategies and test cases, and oversee end-to-end testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT) including API testing with Postman/SWAGGER.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Business Analyst and/or QA Lead
• 5+ years with enterprise application integrations and interoperability frameworks
• 5+ years of API testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• 5+ years with flat file interfaces, EDI, CSV, XML
• 5+ years data mapping and data validation
• 5+ years integration testing and end-to-end testing
• 5+ years Agile/Scrum with Jira/Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Define source-to-target mappings, data mappings, and transformation rules.
• Develop business process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specs.
• Validate interoperability between applications, platforms, vendors, and third-party systems.
• Create and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing activities.
• Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.
• Validate flat file interfaces and end-to-end data flows.
• Contribute to data reconciliation and defect management.
• Ensure full requirements traceability from business requirements through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
