Job summary

The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in Toronto seeks a Lead Systems Testing/QA Specialist with 7+ years of experience to guide junior testers, plan testing efforts, and oversee test execution across multiple streams.

Responsibilities include functional and non-functional testing of COTS and in-house apps, HL7-FHIR web services, API testing, security component testing, and creating test documentation; familiarity with Selenium and API tools is required.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in testing as a lead QA specialist guiding junior testers and planning testing efforts.
Testing of COTS solutions including patches and new releases, security components, APIs, and in-house apps.
Experience with HL7-FHIR web services (REST/JSON/XML) and regression testing.
Develop automated test scripts and test use cases.

Responsibilities

Lead testing/QA efforts and oversee test plans and test execution.
Perform functional and non-functional testing across multiple streams and modules.
Create complete testing documentation and artefacts (test strategies, plans, use cases, scripts).
Develop automated tests using Selenium; employ API testing tools for interfaces.
