Job summary

CMHC is seeking an experienced Azure Developer to design, build, and support cloud-native integrations and applications powering CMHC’s enterprise platforms. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure services, .NET development, serverless architectures, and modern DevOps practices, with leadership skills to guide decisions and mentor others.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud solutions and support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying Azure cloud solutions.
Experience as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Be CMHC’s leading expert on Azure cloud solutions and mentor other developers.
Design and maintain Azure-based middleware integrations for secure data exchange.
Build backend integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and .NET/C#.
Integrate Azure with Dynamics 365, APIs and third-party systems.
Implement automated workflows, data pipelines, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
Manage deployments to Azure environments and monitoring tools.
Ensure secure, reliable deployments with automated testing and gates.
