Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned cloud services architect to lead and deliver AWS-focused engagements. You will drive project delivery (approx. 80%) and pre-sales activities (approx. 20%), working with clients across Canada from Mississauga or Montreal in a hybrid setup.

You will design scalable service delivery models, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with cross-functional units to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or IT degree required.
• Multiple AWS certifications with practical cloud expertise.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement service delivery solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain service delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies to support client and organizational goals.
• Serve as the lead architect on consulting engagements with strategic guidance.
• Lead delivery teams and ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable service delivery models.
• Analyze client environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure delivery solutions meet quality standards and drive business results.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
• Support project planning, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Travel to client sites as required; typically less than 50% but may vary.
