A leading financial institution is seeking a senior IT development lead to manage large-scale applications and oversee day-to-day activities to ensure service levels. The candidate will require extensive experience in relevant technologies and demonstrated leadership in a geographically diverse environment.
Monitors, restores service, supports, and handles day-to-day activities 7/24/365 to ensure business service levels are met and environments are managed. Supports incident management, deploys changes, and engages third-party providers during incidents. Participates in testing cycles, deploys infrastructure and applications, and provides technical expertise on production issues. Manages complexity across business and technology, recommends solutions, and collaborates with various teams. Monitors performance, analyzes data, and participates in regulatory inspections. Supports deployment activities, provides end-to-end technical support, promotes best practices, and stays updated on industry trends. Focuses primarily on business within BMO, providing consulting, analytical, and technical support, and handles non-routine situations independently.
