Our client is seeking a Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer to join their team. As a Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer, you will be part of the Contact Center Modernization team supporting enterprise contact center migrations and AI-driven customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior AWS Connect Lead Engineer

Location: Toronto, ONTARIO, with remote work options available. Preference for hybrid work model, with 3-4 days onsite if based in Toronto.
