Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ in Toronto is seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support a major cloud contact centre transformation. Design, develop, and integrate Amazon Connect solutions to deliver AI-enabled customer experiences.

Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to build integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems, authentication services, and IVR platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise systems.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced AWS Connect Engineers to support a major cloud contact centre transformation programme. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating Amazon Connect solutions while helping deliver next‑generation customer experience and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, you will be responsible for building integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise applications, authentication services, IVR platforms, and customer‑facing systems.

• Build integrations with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Configure contact flows, customer journeys, queues, and routing logic.

• Ability to work onsite in Toronto 2-3 days per week.
